It was lovely base for travelling to Bergamo, I was glad to stay there. Staff were very, very nice entire duration of my stay. It was located in a great area close to center😃😀

I loved really helpful and affable employees.

Rooms were brand-new and I could use a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Check-in was easy.

I had quite comfortable time, can't recommend highly enough.

The apartment was new with location near to the old town or the new town, shops/ restaurants, and the city center. The setting was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed that a bidet, shower caps and bath sheets were provided.

Thank you for perfect stay, having setting close to Old Town. There's private bathroom, as for me it was fairly clean. They can offer breakfast with fresh bread and croissants. Affable staff and magnificent location is a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The automated check-in process was seamless, and I especially enjoyed the small kitchenette and breakfast provided in the room. The staff, particularly Roberta, was extremely helpful in arranging airport transfers and taxis. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants, and the continental breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our apartment was fairly clean and new near to the old town or the new town and bus station and the other attractions with walking distance. The location was GOOD and perfect, 5 minutes' walk from a modern & contemporary art gallery. Plus it was located in the bakery.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Del Borgo for 3 nights. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The automated check-in and key handling process was a unique experience. Our apartment was well-equipped with a small kitchen and parking facility. The cleanliness of the suite was excellent, and the daily delivery of croissants for breakfast was a delightful touch.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

our recent stay in bergamo was made even better by our stay at residenza del borgo. the easy check-in, clean room, and delicious breakfast delivered to our door made for a relaxing and convenient stay. the location was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. we can't wait to return.
